We size every sump pump to your basin, discharge distance, and Omro, WI water table, not a generic off-the-shelf number.
Omro, WI water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.
Every sump pump installation is completed by a licensed, insured technician, with electrical work handled to code.
A failed sump pump during active weather gets priority dispatch across our Omro, WI coverage area.
Pricing covers the pump, basin, check valve, and discharge line as one quoted number, not itemized surprises after the fact.
We calculate gallons-per-hour pump capacity based on your basin size and typical inflow rate, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.
We scope every Sump Pump Installation job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We install submersible pumps rated for continuous duty, not the lighter-duty units sold for occasional use.
A battery backup pump kicks in automatically if the power goes out during a storm — exactly when you need it most.
This option works well as a second layer of protection alongside a battery backup system.
A missing or failed check valve lets pumped water flow back into the basin, making your pump work twice as hard for the same result.
Basin lids are sealed to reduce basement humidity and keep debris out of the pump mechanism.
If it's an active failure with water rising, we prioritize same-day dispatch.
We also check the discharge line route and check valve condition as part of the same visit.
We explain why a given pump size fits your situation instead of just quoting the most expensive option.
We test the new pump under load, including a simulated power outage if a backup system is installed, before we leave.

We can walk through battery versus water-powered backup options based on your home's setup.
We can test an existing pump's condition during an inspection rather than assuming it needs replacement.
If a specialty basin or pump size is needed, we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
